As you may know, that family room is like some sort of worm hole for paint color. Maybe because it doesn't get a lot of light, or maybe its' the dark floor (which will be changed), no matter what color I put on those walls, it looks TOTALLY different from the color it's supposed to be.
So I'm going to be very conservative. I'm painting both rooms beige.
Now, of course, there are a thousand beiges to choose from..
I was going to say, beige doesn't make the choice any easier!
I think your family room is related to Zack's room---10 different cans of paint until I finally called it quits. It still wasn't what I wanted, but there was no way I was getting another can.

So, when it's all painted, and everything's back in order, are you going to take a sabbatical from remodeling, my restless daughter?
I'll have to take a sabbatical, because I'll be broke..
(for a little while anyway).
The most important question though--what colors are you painting things????
Inquiring minds want to know!
ugh.. colors.
